Why won't boost phones downlaod free ringtones from the web?

This is what it gives me when trying to download, although, I've heard of other people that get games and tones and they have aboost. And I do have monthly unlimited.
Any one know where they can get these free that do work on a boost phone?? (who actually has a boost phone)

because their 3g network sucks i had tried to download free ring tones from ventones and when it finish download nothing is in my phone so i recommend you do not had boots mobile services
