Details, got a new iPhone at rogers on November 23rd. Days later the phone starting acting up , little problems at first (restarting , battery seemed a little quick to die ) headphone jak stopped working , tried many headphones . Now the screen when supposed to be black bleeds green on one side while watching movies. I've called Rogers they said restore it which I clearly tried prior and once again , still not solving any oh my hardware issues . Took it into Rogers was told not a problem just keep it we will send a new one , fill out this forum blah blah , then expect me to take it home and see if it woks if not to come back and let them check it again. No water damage , the phone is brand new ( 2 weeks old) , however Rogers policy is within 15 days or 30 minute talk time , i have went over both these policies . So apparently I'm not eleagebale . Each person is giving me different stories. I call sales manager and the best he can offer is a referbished iPhone , I don't want that. Not to be picking but who would , I just got a new one . Can anyone tell me who to call , apparently apple will only send me a used one says Rogers and that's not what I want .
