I downloaded the removal tool off this website.. as it told me too: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-071823-3029-99

But when i run the scan thing.. it says there's none detected.. although, the trojans are still in the 'unresolved security risks' folder.

What am i doing wrong?

;P

Do it in safe mode:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam

To prevent getting future viruses, try staying on commonly used websites by the public.

P.S. Symantec (Norton), and McAfee are both crap. AVG and Avast, those free pieces of crap are even worse. DO NOT LISTEN to half the idiots that will or did post to get one of those.

Because Norton is a virus itself. Get McAfee anti-virus protection instead....much better!!!
