Why Would A Nissan Dealer Say You Dont Need New Headbolts?

You do not need to change the head bolts UNLESS they are stretched. Does your engine have extremely high miles?
I have done many many many head gasket jobs and generally do not change the head bolts. I have actually never changed the head bolts on any of my personal vehicles.
 
I need a new head gasket set along with new head bolts.My Nissan dealer says I don`t need new head bolts to install a head gasket.Is he honest or mistaken about using used head bolts?How can you tell if your getting NEW head bolts at a NISSAN dealership?
