...someone give me a solution? recently my laptop was reformatted. After that i downloaded some softwares and then whenever i click on shut down, the laptop never gets off! All the icons and taskbar menu disappears as if it's going to shut down but it won't. Even when i click on log off or restart the same problem happens. Then i have to do the forced shut down. And i also know doing that isn't good for my laptop. So could anyone pls tell me what's going on and a solution? thanks.
