I'm looking to loose weight, and I have a Wii. Can't afford a gym membership, and I'm burned out on the workout videos I already own. It's too cold and wet to do much of a workout outside where I live. I keep hearing rave reviews about My Fitness coach for the wii. Is it really as good as I keep hearing? What kind of stuff can you do with it? Just cardio or does it offer a wide selection of choices?
