Will a subwoofer hook up to a Philips MC235B Micro Size Stereo Audio System?

I have a Philips MC235B Micro Size Stereo Audio System right now but it doesn't have much bass like i want. So i looked into buying a subwoofer for it but i'm not sure if it would hook up to my stereo. If they wont connect, can you please tell me how i would know what subwoofer would connect to my stereo. Thanks,
