i have fat in my gut, obliques, thighs, butt and a little in my chest area. will an exercises bike help wit all of these areas and how long would it take befor i will see results?
should i look into something besides an excercise bike?
You cannot target areas to lose weight. If you exercise more and eat less, you will lose weight all over! Not just one spot.
A bike might help, but only if you use it. A lot. Like an hour a day for an intense workout. Oh, and if you cut back on food - - say, 1300 calories or so per day.
