Im in love with taco bell, eating it almost daily. If i feast on my favorite order of 2 nacho cheese chalupas, chips n cheese, a soft taco and enchurito then do jumping jacks for as long as it took me to eat will I burn all the calories i just took in? I'm really trying to cut my weight down but dont want to give up my favorite food. any help would be greatly appreciated!

no.are yu dumb or something...it would take a lot more exercise to burn all of THAT off...just saying..

You would have to jumping jacks for two days without stopping to burn up all those calories.

No.
Taco Bell doesn't add weight on at all.
People have been known to live on their couch eating Taco Bell and be skinny as hell.
You'll be fine.
Pig out.

doubt it, sorry
a good run or maybe making your own tacos at home might help. you can buy chalupa-ish shells or buy ur own.
allrecipes.com has good recipes for mexican food

All of that is most likely AT LEAST 1000 calories. This is half of the recommended DAILY intake. Doing 30-45 minutes of cardio will probably burn 200-300 calories....you do the math.
