According to that article, he has 50 extra base hits this season. He is 5 away from tying Ron Gant's rookie record back in 1988. With 11 games left to play, do you think he will break it?
 
Yes, I do think he will... 5 extra base hits in 11 games seem very reasonable for Freeman. 4 doubles and 1 HR
 
Probably:

All depends on whether he can get it going. XBH usually come in bunches, so if he gets a couple early, no doubt he will break it.
