Is this normal? Or will I get fat?
For the past week I have been eating normal ... except that I have been having a lot of m&ms each night. It's been a week and I have not gained any weight in the least bit. Should I continue to eat m&ms and see what happens? I am about four pounds below the recommended weight for my height, so its not like I'm fat or chubby or anything, and if I start to gain weight I'll stop ... but should I go for this "experiment" to see how much my body can handle? I am a healthy eater in all other ways, and am, in fact, very restrictive ... meaning I really watch what I eat to the point where it drives me crazy, and I think that if I prove to myself that I can eat m&ms without gaining weight I will be less anxious around food ...

I am
5'3"
25" waist
female
111 pounds
I exercise daily (ie,running, yoga, jump rope)
and still recovering (mentally) from Anorexia ... I have been recovered physically since I was 12 ... still struggle mentally though.

it depends what you are doing the experiement for! the experiement or the weight! obviously if you want to do the experiament, you wont be going over weight, or even gain 4 pounds just like that... no need to worry. but if you dont want to gain weight and eat the mandms eat them earlier in the day. it is really bad to eat at night because it is then when you are more likely to put on the weight.
