Is this normal? Or will I get fat?
For the past week I have been eating normal ... except that I have been having a lot of m&ms each night. It's been a week and I have not gained any weight in the least bit. Should I continue to eat m&ms and see what happens? I am about four pounds below the recommended weight for my height, so its not like I'm fat or chubby or anything, and if I start to gain weight I'll stop ... but should I go for this "experiment" to see how much my body can handle? I am a healthy eater in all other ways, and am, in fact, very restrictive ... meaning I really watch what I eat to the point where it drives me crazy, and I think that if I prove to myself that I can eat m&ms without gaining weight I will be less anxious around food ...
I am
5'3"
25" waist
female
111 pounds
I exercise daily (ie,running, yoga, jump rope)
and still recovering (mentally) from Anorexia ... I have been recovered physically since I was 12 ... still struggle mentally though.
