I'm about to order a new PC for ~$930

Radeon HD 4670 512mb vid card
3 gb ddr 2 RAM
windows vista
to:
AMD Phenom II 965 x4 (quad core) @ 3.4gHz
EVGA geforce gtx 460 1gb (superclocked)
4 gb ddr 3 RAM
windows 7
Clearly there will be a performance boost, but by what factor do you experts think? 50%? 150%? I will be playing Direct X 10 & 11 games most likely, and this will be primarily a gaming computer.
