NO, THE IPOD TOUCH IS MUCH, MUCH THINNER AND THE OUTER BODY CASING IS MUCH DIFFERENT!

no iphone 4s are a completely different shape and size. and the ipod touch 4th generation will not fit as well but you may be able ti get away with it but it will not fit properly.
