I cycle through the winter including snow.
I just oil everything when I get home
Don't clean it too much !
if you pressure wash it after every ride this dries out grease and can force water into bearings ( even sealed ones )
There is nothing wrong with a bit of mud and dirt

I have been riding for many years in the US in all kinds of weather and conditions, especially love the mud, and it hasn't hurt my bikes yet. I even take my Harley off road if I see something I want to check out. I buy them for enjoyment, not to look at.
