will kingdom hearts 3 be out for the psp or ps3 ?

Either PS3 or the next generation of consoles, at this rate. They haven't even started development, after all (focusing on Kingdom Hearts 3D and Versus XIII) It's unlikely to be on a portable, since the main series are console games while the portable games are all spin-offs (although canonically a part of the main series), and the PSP is at the end of its life cycle with the Vita coming out.
 
They shown a super early sneak peak for it 5 years ago..... I don't know when the hell its coming out but it sure as hell needs too soon.

They said Ps3, I can't imagine it for the PsP only.
