This is my very first question in Yahoo!
I have purchased the P90X Program but now I am confused with some of the instruction in the actual program as will it help me to gain weight? It has three options to follow the workout: Classic, Doubles and Lean, I am confused on which one to go for bcoz Classic is a normal workout, Doubles is more of cardiovascular and Lean is also cardio based. Here I am planning to gain weight and also i have viewed few youtube videos in that i have seen skinny ppl like me makin a hugh diff with this workout program.
Also i am not sure about the P90X Nutrition Plan, as in the guide it has 3 Phases as follows:
Phase 1: upto 1800 Calories
Phase 2: upto 2400 Calories
Phase 3: upto 3000 Calories
I am ready to take on any Phase but I don't know which Phase is right for me to gain weight
So anyone who knows more about this program or has actually been through it can plzzzz help me out on this as to what Phase I should go for in Nutrition Plan and which workout is right for me to gain weight: Classic, Doubles or Lean...
