i was charging it this morning and all of a sudden the screen went black! so i searched online to see how to fix it, and it said that a lot of people with LG neon phone have had there screens broken too.
is there a way to get my phone replaced without having to pay for a new one? because i have a 3 year contract and im only a year and 5 months there.
or is there a way to make rogers cough up a new phone for me? because in my opinion, i didn't do anything to break my phone.
