Will Swan replace Turkey as a formal dinner choice in the future? Would you

serve swan at your wedding? At first I was surprised to learn that Swan is not consumed in Canada.
Then I was happy to discover there are others out there like me who see it as an excellent formal dinner (Think Thanksgiving, Weddings, Christmas etc).

So now I am wondering, who sees this as a trend for the future? Will Swan one day become the Traditional Holiday Meal?

Swans are too pretty to eat and I imagine gross like eating a city pidgin.
