Will t-mobile let me block a number from texting/calling me?

I'm being harassed and my phone has no option to block the number. I heard somewhere that I'm able to go up to t-mobile store and ask them to block that specific number. Is that possible? How old do you have to be? (I don't want my parents to know), and how much is it?

There may be a block list in your settings for your phone to block the number from calling, but i dont think you can block it from texting you. Honestly, you should go to the store and get it blocked, you cant do it yourself though, they need the person who owns the plan your on, so your parents have to go with you. Besides, if your being harrassed than just tell your parents, it can be resolved alot faster than dealing with it without them.
