...results? Anyone had experience? for years my weight has been creeping up and up and i'm now 15 stone or 210 pounds roughly (heaviest i've been EVER). I want to nip this in the bud now, though i've been trying off and on to loose this weight for years. I've tried diets, callorie counting, going to the gym and running for hours doing weights etc but no noticable results over say 2 month periods, so i always give up. Sure, i've lost weight, 16 pounds was the most i've lost but i feel it's not fat i'm losing and as i've said, i haven't visibly altered with this weight loss. Anyways, i bought TaeBo advanced as a final resort. come January i'm gonna give it a go most days for 4 weeks to see how i fair and (depending on the results) take it from there. I will also be watching what i eat, not callorie counting but just generally making an attempt to eat healthily. I'll be weighing and taking meassurements to see if there's any difference at all in this time frame. I don't mind how much i weigh as it doesn't affect my speed, agility and my movement in any way but i want to LOOK better. basically i'd love an answer from someone who has had my experience at achieving nothing from previous weight loss attempts, but has now managed to beat this curse and found a way to loose fat once and for all. Also anyone who has had experience with the TaeBo dvd's. And even just anyone with some helpfull advice. Appologies for blurting this info out all over your screens but i just typed it as it came to my head. Help would be appreciated.

thanks very much
