...and iPad 2? (both are running iOS 5)? I have an iPad 2 (running ios 5) and I am about to get an iPhone 4. I have almost $50 worth of apps, music, and games I got from iTunes on my iPad. After I upgrade my iPhone to ios 5, will the iCloud wirelessly push my apps and music to my iPhone 4, for free? Well, unless you have the beta for iOS 5, then you don't have iOS 5. It hasn't come out yet. And what you will have to do is go into iTunes or the AppStore and go to purchased, then not on this iPhone/iPad. After that you can download everything.
