Will the Orange San Fransico Phone get the 2.2 Android Froyo Update?

I have the Orange Sanfransico, will it ever get the froyo update
2.1 is not good and even 2.3 is out
i know you can jailbreak it but its not safe and i dont want to risk it
any news on froyo update for this android phone
