Will there be a new gta game for 360 or psp soon, besides l&d and other dlc?

i mean a disc game that isnt an expansion (DLC) . i know about chinatown wars for ds, and where is that taking place? and also how soon might the next gta be? and is CW also going to be for other systems?
 
Gta 5 probably going to be released in 2010.

GTA Chinatown Wars is coming out for DS in March, I believe. Beyond that, nothing has been announced. High profile console games like GTA4 usually have at least a 2 year development period, if not longer, so there won't be another on 360 for at least another year and a half.
