Will these combination of pioneer sets give good performance?

I have a pioneer car set, with a pioneer 300 watts 4 channel amplifier, pioneer woofers and pioneer 900 ohms sub-woofer. Will these combination gives good sound performance or i have to change something to get good sound effect.
