Will tomorrow be a snowday (Buses canceled) based on these weather predictions?

I'm guessing no, but you guys decide.

Between tonight and tomorrow morning, we should get about 4 CM of snow (then again that's like nothing).. but the main thing is - tomorrow AFTERNOON (Meaning around 12) we're going to be getting ~10CM of snow alone. Is this reason enough for buses to not be running?
What I'm asking is.. will they cancel buses based on a snowstorm that's expected to hit in the afternoon?

No, it is only based on the conditions of the roads. So if they didn't have enough time to plow all the roads or there was going to be ice on them that couldn't be plowed off then you would have a snow day.

Where I live, it has barley snowed at all.

That's like 6.25 (16cm) inches of snow. We just had that much last night in northern New Jersey and the kiddies in our district went to school. It all depends when the snow comes. I might cancel your classes because it could be dangerous for the buses to run in the afternoon.

No, buses will not get cancelled. I'm from montreal and the service with road cleaning runs every 12 minutes or less so there is no way to have school, city buses or other services cancelled where we are from. Maybe in January we will get a snow day like we got last year. This usually happens when 20cm or more of snow has fallen overnight because our city sleeps at night (unlike Vegas) so we tend to get the snow removed slower in the morning but it's constant during the day, people always work hard. So pray for BIG snowflakes to fall overnight and leave about 25-30cm worth of them for December 10, 2009...
