Will Tucker & Dale vs Evil be released in theaters or dvd soon?

I stumbled upon this preview on youtube and I just can't figure out when and how I will be able to see it. imdb only mentions the film festivals it has been playing at, no release date for dvd or theater release.

Anybody know when it will come out?
