will Wireless Bluetooth Mini Portable Speaker work with desktop pc's ?

Will these type of speakers that have rechargable batteries work wirelessly with a desktop pc , do they need a dongle for the signal ? how far will they work from the pc it'sself? Any video etc, links ?
 
If you have a bluetooth adapter built into your desktop (not likely) then you can use them. Otherwise, you will need a bluetooth dongle. They should however work with any machine that has bluetooth as long as they are designed for PC, if they are designed for a phone or some other system, they may not work. Also, bluetooth has an effective range of around 10M in the open.
