Wind Mobile good or not?

i live in calgary canada. Any one have wind mobile and is it good or not? The phone I want to get has Wifi does that mean I can go on any website for free as long as there is wifi in range? and is zero.facebook (or something) free? or do you need a data usage ? sorry I am new to this smartphone style stuff. and what is android? ahaa
 
I think now andros system is the best phone, I now is in with this one, can also wifi, fackbook. Twitter. Can, are free of charge.
