Windows Phone Custom Ringtones Help!!!!!!?

I Just updated my Windows Phone to allow for Custom Ringtones. I tried using audacity and saving it to my Zune software. Is there anyone who can give me a detailed instructions on creating a ringtone and saving it to my Windows Phone (i have an LG quantum if that matters.) Thank You in advance

You can't as far as I know. I've been looking at phones and there were a lot of complaints saying it wasn't possible.
