Wireless Internet and how to make it stronger?

I am currently picking up signal from my neighbor. I no longer pay for internet because ive been using theirs for months. I was wondering if there is a way for me to pick up that signal and make it stronger and faster for the computers at my house. Please let me know what the best gadgets to use for this operation are.

well im not gonna nag you saying that stealing internet is illegal so here you go build one of these:

Pretty low. And I'm not very sure on how to get a stronger signal from a house next to yours other than moving your computer closer to theirs. You could try to situate your computer to the wall closest to their house and you might get a stronger signal.
