Wireless Internet constant disconnects/interruptions?

I've been using wireless internet with a Belkin adapter for about a year now and just recently i've been getting disconnected for a couple of seconds at a time every minute.

This happened before but fixed itself after about 2 days, i've been searching the internet trying to find out how to fix this problem and following this research have
Updated my drivers
Stopped Windows Zero Config and used the Belkin utility
Reset my router countless times

all to no avail

when I ping google.co.uk -t i basically get this:
reply from 216.239.59.104 bytes=32 time=29ms TTL=245
reply from 216.239.59.104 bytes=32 time=28ms TTL=245
reply from 216.239.59.104 bytes=32 time=29ms TTL=245
reply from 216.239.59.104 bytes=32 time=31ms TTL=245

etc..

PLEASE help me out, it's making gaming unbearable!

I DONT KNOW, I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS AND I HAVE BELKIN, BUT I DONT THINKS IT'S BECAUSE OF BELKIN. Maybe interference with neighbours???????
