With a progressive income tax in place, can someone explain what "fair share" is?
in regards to wanting the rich to pay their fair share? They are paying more by way of making more and their rate being HIGHER, much higher. So, for those that believe they do not pay their fair share--I'm interested in how it's currently set up to where they are paying less than someone else. Really, go for it. Do tell.
