Wondershare DVD ripper and transformers 2 problems...?

I have Wondershare dvd ripper platinum and was able to sucessfully upload the new transformers movie 2. only problem is there are like 60 different files to choose from and im not going to rip them all... does anyone know which file im suposed to choose?? certain files have the movie out of order and i dont want that -.-
I am not interested in having to download another product whether its free or a paid product.
 
if your trying to rip a dvd use Handbrake, its free and simple
