I am 42 yr old male. Have not worked out in about 10 years. I am looking into a few different gyms but would like to have a routine ready when i join.
6 ft tall, I weigh about 206 lbs and would like to drop 15-20 lbs. My BMI is probaly around 30%.
I'm thinking cardio is my best bet for quicker results to burn calories but also need to re-introduce myself to a workout routine (either, free weights machines and abs) I think a 4 day plan would be doable and would appreciate some real assistance.
I'm at the stage in my life where I don't want to bulk up nor do I need to be lean. I am just trying to be Fit. I am interested in regaining some flexibilty as well - Yeah I guess i will need to incorporate stretching (arrrgh)
Any help is greatly appreciated
