Workout Routine for 13 year old?

im a 13 year old boy i like most sports but hardly ever get a chance to play them i need to do some exercises in my own home to help me lose about a stone of weight any advise?? BTW im really bad at push ups....
 
focus on cardio 20 minutes a day 4 days a week run at a steady pace
 
crunches, jumping jacks, running in place, weights, anything that gets u moving really
