A year ago, I started going to this gym and stuff and got really toned but I eventually stopped going when school started again because I didn't have time. Now I have the time to start working out again and I'm a little out of shape, but I want to try working out at home cuz it takes like an hour to get to the gym and back.
I'm 15 and I don't care about losing weight (maybe losing a few pounds to make my BMI a bit healthier, but nothing extreme) I just want to be toned again. Especially for summer.
I have a tredmill and Wii Fit (used it a few times. its nice). What exercises/drills/ab workouts/anything else do you reccomend?
I also take one dance class a week so any tips to be more flexible or stretches to try?
