Hey Yahoo Answers, I have a quick question. I'm...eh, 5'6? weighing around 140lbs. I know I'm not super overweight. But I want to lose a bit of weight, maybe tone my stomach a bit more. Would biking everyday 30min-1hour help me lose a few pounds? Would long distance, slow pace or short distance, fast pace be better? Thanks! Note: I'm also trying to get on a healthier diet. (Replacing Diet Soda with Orange Juice/Water)(Meat and Cheese instead of Junk Food)
