Would I be able to ride a 58 cm road bike frame?

that's seat tube length, by the way. I'm 6'2 and my inseam is just under 36 inches. Everywhere I look I'm getting recommendations of about 60cm. How bad will the fit be if i'm off by 2cm? Couldn't i just raise the seat up 2cm to make up for it? Answers are very much appreciated.
 
Raising the saddle another 2 cm means that the handlebars will be 2 cm lower then they should and 2 cm closer. They only way to tell is to ride it, it's usually better to go too small then too big. You can always change out the handlebar stem to make it more comfortable if need be..
