they have the same bolt pattern of 5 x 114.3 but have different center bores. my honda has a center bore of around 64.something and the infiniti rims have a 66.something center bore
Most aftermarket wheel companies make plastic bushings that slide onto the center bore to compensate for different size bores. As long as the bolt pattern is the same and the wheel doesn't hit the suspension or body, you should be okay. Just check with a wheel store to get the bushings, you don't want to put over size wheels on your car and have all the stress applied only to the wheel studs, that can cause trouble.
