...college/university campus? J.S. Mills has a principle called harm principle in which he states that, “The only purpose for which power can rightfully be exercised over any member of a civilised community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others”.

Please help with this and if you found answers about it online please send me link as well.

So would Mills agree or disagree on banning the sales of cigarettes in college/university campus?
