also, if have conflicting programs..such as different tool bars..how deleting one would help?

and which programs do this the most also? and why and how?


how to permanantly delete these on Vista? especially america online..lol it seems that is the biggest pain to remove for some reason..

No it would make no difference after the system has loaded. Unless you are running allot of programs at the same time.

A wireless signal has no bearing on what you have got on your computer/laptop.

It's purely down to reception and non electrical interference from an independent source.
