would you be entitled to personal injury compensation for future pain & suffering?
Hello
I damaged my knee 4yrs ago on a wet floor,iv had problems ever since.I seen an orthopaedic surgeon last november and he said i had degenerative cartilage in my knee caused by the sudden impact from the fall.He suggested synvisc injection in the knee to slow down arthritis, its only new,so he,s not sure if it will work,i f they work i will have to get them twice a year until iam 50.If they dont work, i will just have to suffer for 20 years + last 4yrs!!they cost £1000 a year.
the surgeon said i will definitely need a knee replacement in the future.
I seen a solicitor after it happened, the case is still going on,where waiting to see the extent of the damage.
thanks for your answers!!!!!
