WoW: Alt Character Professions?

Hi, I'm kind of a WoW noob, have a level 82 Troll Warlock and thinking about making and alternative class once I cap. My primary character's professions are mining and skinning. If I make an alternate character what would be a good combination with mining and skinning? Blacksmith and enchanting? Black smith and gem? All advice would be highly appreciated!

Alts are generally used for farming unless you plan on using them for heavy pvp or pve.

Your main should have two primary professions such as Blacksmithing/Jewelcrafting as the gathering professions don't provide much of a bonus for you in pve and pvp.
