Wrap Text Issue in Excel!?

When I try to do wrap text in one of my excel documents, all the cells that i'm using it on just goes blank! I tried to make sure the font color is black, but thats not the issue.

Any ideas?
 
You might have fixed row heights and the text isn't appearing because Excel isn't expanding the cell to show all the text.
