Wtf! last night my family heard me laughing & i wasn't even home?

Last night i was out with friends. We were talking about a recent death that happend near to where i live. All night we were telling eachother scary stories. When my friends were driving me home, my mom called me and asked me if i was downstairs. Wtf? I was in the car with my friends. She says she heard me talking loud and laughing with my older brother? The thing is that my my brother was upstairs and he herd himself. Im freakin out!
