Xbox 360 4gb Slim or used 120gb Elite?

I have found a deal for a 120gb Elite with Halo: Reach, Gears of War 2, the wireless adapter, 2 controllers and the 120gb Elite console (black). It's 310 bucks with a Live card included, and I want to know:

Is this a better deal than getting a 4gb Slim? I was going to buy a Slim with 12 months live with Reach, which is $289 1 controller.

I'd play a ton of games but nothing else... I heard the failure rate is massive, but let me know what you think. Thanks!
Stupid PS3 fanboy. Go back to it, I'm getting an Xbox whether you like it or not.
 
Get a PS3 if you get a xbox it will break after a year. I had 2 xbox 360s and they both broke after a year. My ps3 is 2 years old and still working. Get a ps3
 
Well I have the 4gb x box 360 with a 250gb hard drive in that I bought.I would get the 4gb one and upgrade when you can or just get the 250 if possible.But if you're buying the elite from a friend or someone trustworth get that one, e bay and sites like that can trick you sometimes.

Anyways goodluck have fun with whateverone you get.
