I swapped out my old Phillip's Lite on DVD drive for a new one off amazon. I also swapped the logic board so I wouldn't have to flash the drive. The Xbox tray will open and close but will not read discs (games or DVDs), it says reading then immediately goes back to "open tray". Any help fixing this will be greatly appreciated. All wires have been soldered in the correct place I labeled the wires as I went.
