I bought the Xbox 360 Elite from Target, hoping that it would be the anti-RROD Xbox, but I was wrong. It has 1 red ring, Error 74. I know that the graphics card is messed up because the game I was playing before the console crashed was having graphical problems (fuzziness and glitching). Anyway, I heard that Target usually cannot fix the 360 and they just give you a Gift Card, but do I have to send the HardDrive and the HDMI plugs plus the controler? Or will the main console suffice? I wanted to just get rid of the console so I can buy another, but I have stuff on my HardDrive I want to keep. Anybody gone through the Target Extended Warranty scenario before?
