So I have received the red ring of death and my xbox 360 isn't working anymore and I have to send it to the repair center. I called support and they made it sound like they would send me a box and shipping instructions. That was over a month ago and I still haven't gotten that box. So I'm just wondering if I have to send it in myself with my own box?
